Starting at $50.00 per month-ideal for worksite wellness programs! Would you like to help your employees improve their health, achieve better work productivity, clock in less sick days & schedule fewer visits to the doctor?
Each of your participating employees will receive a customized meal planner that includes healthier versions of their favorite meals along with food shopping lists and quick fix recipes that will help to establish better eating habits and improved nutrition.

Kitchen Makeover:
Starting at $50.00 per kitchen (plus cost of kitchen organization supplies)
Your refrigerator, freezer, pantry, and kitchen cabinets will be cleaned and organized for stress-free cooking.                                                                           Receive a FREE healthy food shopping list to help you stock up on essential ingredients for quick meals during the busy week.

Cooking Classes:
$40 per person                                                                                                    Learn how to cook nutritious and delicious meals with your friends, family, and neighbors.  Receive recipes, a food shopping list, and cooking tips to help you stretch out your weekly budget and meals!

Each person that attends a Cooking class will receive:
* A full serving of 1 complete meal
* Easy to follow recipes with a meal prep plan to help you recreate these meals any day of the week
* A shopping list to help you save time at the grocery store
* Cooking instruction, education and tips to prepare quick and nutritious meals

No cooking experience is necessary, just a willingness to have fun and learn how to save time meal planning, shopping, and cooking for yourself and your family.
